Solid models were created in LUSAS to assess stresses in the precast sections. Using one model for soil-structure interaction, stability of the foundation and ground bearing pressures could also be predicted. Repeatable processes were automated including generation of loads and extraction of results data, pictures and animations for reporting and sharing.
